►    In primul si-n primul rand, gradul Administrativ (cu functii de moderare) care se obtine la cerere este Helper, asa ca cererile care vor avea cu alt grad specificat  vor fi inchise din start!

►   Gradele administrative sunt obligate sa dea Pro/Contra.

►   Gradele de moderator solicitate din prima prin cerere si nu prin up-grade ca urmare a activitatii se ofera doar daca aceea persoana detine si functia de moderator pe forum-ul comunitatii.
