The point about the drawing pad depending on the task is worth stressing — for blur and resizing work the precision matters more than raw speed. Since the tutorial is aimed at beginners, it might help to note which shortcuts assume a tablet versus a mouse, because the step order changes slightly. Is the action recorded so it replays cleanly on different canvas sizes, or does the blur radius need manual adjustment per image?

The tablet-versus-mouse distinction is the part beginners likely trip on, since some steps behave differently depending on input device. On the canvas size question, that is the practical test worth running: record the action once, then replay it on a much larger canvas and check whether the result still looks right or the radius reads too weak. If manual adjustment is needed per image, noting that in the tutorial would save people from assuming the action is broken when it simply needs a tweak.
