Din moment ce un topic a fost inchis, nimeni nu mai are voie sa comenteze, chiar daca acel cineva are acces sa faca acest lucru. 

In aceasta categorie, mai ales la reclamatii, comenteaza doar STAFF-ul si noi raspundem pentru decizile noastre.
